I am writing to thank my patients for the cards and gifts received on my retirement, and especially for all the kind words, generous thanks, and good wishes expressed.

It has all been very unexpected and overwhelming, a lovely way to 'bow-out', though I may not have 'hang up my stethoscope' quite yet and may be back to help out as a locum.

After 40 years in medicine and nearly three quarters of that living in this area, Coltishall Surgery has been a large part of my life, something I have no regrets about at all. I cannot imagine a better place to practice and hope that Dr Gheyi will be as happy as I have been.
