February 2002

Dear Resident,

Proposed Sand & Gravel Extraction - Trafford Estate, Norfolk

Tarmac is currently preparing a planning application for a site in the Parish of Horstead with Stanninghall. I am therefore inviting you to attend an exhibition between the hours of 10.00 a.m. to 9.00 p.m. on the 16 January at the Horstead Centre. (Location plan overleaf).

At the exhibition large scale plans will be on show, which illustrate the draft proposals. There will also be a 3 dimensional computer simulation, which will show the site before, during and after the development has taken place. Members of staff from Tarmac will also be available to answer questions about the proposals and a form will be provided for written comments.

Following the exhibition Tarmac will finalise the proposals, including where appropriate modifications as a result of comments made at the exhibition. It is intended then to submit the planning application to the County Council before the end of February.

Yours sincerely

G D Gunby
Senior Estates Surveyor - Anglia
