The Silent Tribute and Exhortation were led at our June meeting by Chairman Bob Jennings. Preliminary discussion was held regarding arrangements for Remembrance Sunday.

Members were reminded that the next Group 5 meeting would be held at the Church Room, Mundesley, on Wednesday 9th July at 2.30, and that the County Rally would be held at Gresham School, Holt on Sunday 15th June.

Members were also informed that Legion Standards would be parading at the Royal Norfolk Show, 25th - 26th June, at Holkham Country Fair, 19th - 20th July, at the Sandringham Flower Show, 23rd July, and at the Newmarket Race Day, 2nd August.

The next Branch meeting will be in Coltishall Church Room at 7.30 on Monday 14th July and as we do not meet in August the following meeting will be on Monday 8th September.

One member, a Korean War Veteran, will be attending the parade and service in Westminster Abbey to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the ending of the Korean War.
