Our Coffee Evening in June will be held at 12 Spurgeon’s Crescent, North Walsham on Tuesday, 17th commencing at 7pm and there will be a cake stall and a bring and buy stall. You will be very welcome at this Coffee Evening to raise funds for the Salvation Army in Coltishall.

The ‘Pop-in Lunch’ continues each Monday in June at 12.30pm EXCEPT for Monday, 30th. It consists of a light lunch at the cost of £1. If you would like to attend this Lunch, please contact Envoy on 737152.

The Over 60’s Club will follow on from the ‘Pop-in Lunch’ at 2pm each Monday in June EXCEPT Monday, 30th. Enquiries contact Anne Beavor – 737326.

The reason there will not be a Lunch or Over 60’s Club on MONDAY, 30th JUNE is because we will be holding a LADIES RALLY on that day commencing at 2.30pm. Captain Elizabeth King from Aylsham will be the leader, Major Irene Draycott from Norwich will be the speaker and Musical Items will be presented. The afternoon will conclude with refreshments. All Ladies are warmly invited to attend this Rally.

Mini-Market with Light Refreshments (good quality clothing, bric-a-brac, etc) in June will be held on Tuesdays, 3rd and 17th from 9.30am till 11.30am. (Tel: 01603 737326).

Coffee Mornings will be held on Tuesdays, 10th and 24th June from 9.30am till 11.30am. Why not come along and enjoy a cup of coffee (or tea!) and a chat.

Luncheon Club will take place each Wednesday in June at 12.30pm. If you know anyone who would benefit from attending this Luncheon Club (transport can be arranged) or if you would like to attend yourself, please contact Envoy on 737152.

We are having a BBQ on the Patio at the back of the hall on Saturday, 21st June at 6.30pm. The charge will be £3 per person and will include a Hot Dog, Beefburger, Dessert and a Drink. Tickets on sale at the Salvation Army or from Daphne Blake (736774)

On Sunday, 22nd June there will be no morning meeting in our hall, as we will be uniting with Coltishall Church for their Patronal Festival at 11am.

The Ecumenical Songs of Praise will be held on Sunday 29th June at 6.30pm – this is open to anyone and you would be made very welcome. Come along and sing your favourite hymn.

LADIES FELLOWSHIP will be held on Monday, 23rd June at 8pm when we will be having a Strawberry Supper at a cost of £1. If you would like to come to this Supper please let me know by Wednesday, 18th June. If you have never been to one of our meetings, or you used to attend, you would be especially welcome to come along and share with us. Our meetings are very friendly and informal and are open to any lady – you do not have to belong to the Salvation Army to attend. (Tel: Sue Blackburn – 737495 for more information).

PLEASE NOTE – we have arranged for our GARDEN PARTY to take place on Saturday, 12th July from 11am to 3pm. Also our CHRISTMAS FAYRE will take place on Saturday, 15th November from 11am to 2pm.
