A busy start to our New Year began with Janet Bearman's interesting and informative illustrated slide presentation covering a wide range of organic Gardening methods undertaken to-day.

An enjoyable monthly lunch was soon followed by a group date to visit the Theatre Royal's presentation of South Pacific - a high standard performance which was much appreciated.

Mr Geoffrey Hodson's talk on Nurse Edith Cavell should prove to be most interesting and will be followed in March by a bread making demonstration and talk by Mr Norman Olley. This will take place on Wednesday evening at 7.30 pm, 20th March.
