In the days where it is all too common for the popular press to condemn our country's Services, I write to your magazine to express the thanks and gratitude of the Harding, Harmer and Doult family to Doctors Mansfield and Leaney and all of the excellent practice staff for the abundance of TLC they provided for my father-in-law Henry Ralph (Tony) Doult, former landlord of The Rising Sun, during his final years.

In addition the Norfolk and Norwich Hospital (old & new) always provided prompt medical care whilst social services provided many appliances to ease any distress.

We are very lucky in Coltishall to have such a fine practice, caring staff plus the excellent new Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital to provide our health care.

Give praise and compliments for our services not constant condemnation, if our systems are so bad why do so many seek to live in our country?
