There will be no Sunday morning meeting
in our hall on Sunday 3rd November as we will be sharing
in Horstead Church Patronal Festival at 10am. There
will be a 3pm Meeting in our hall that day.
Our Sunday afternoon meeting at 3pm on Sunday 17th
November will be led by our Divisional Commanders,
Lieut-Colonels Howard & Patricia Grottick. You
are welcome to share with us on this occasion as,
in fact, you are always welcome to share in Worship
and Fellowship with us every Sunday at 11am and 3pm
(last Sunday in the month 11am and 6.30pm)
The ecumenical Songs of Praise will be held at 6.30pm
on Sunday 24th November - this is open to anyone and
you would be made very welcome. Come along and sing
your favourite hymn.
Mini-Market with Light Refreshments (good quality
clothing, bric-a-brac, etc) will be held on Tuesdays,
5th and 19th November from 9.30am till 11.30am. (Tel:
01603 737326).
Coffee Mornings will be held on Tuesdays, 12th and
26th November from 9.30am till 11.30am. Why not come
along and enjoy a cup of coffee (or tea!) and a chat.
The Over 60's Club will take place on Mondays 4th,
11th, 18th and 25th November commencing at 2.30pm.

We are now able to receive your good quality clothing
and bric-a-brac again - these items can be dropped
off at The Salvation Army Hall any Tuesday between
9am and 11.30am or if you need them collected please
telephone Mrs Ann Beaver on 01603 737326 to arrange.
Luncheon Club will take place each Wednesday in November
at 12.30pm. If you know anyone who would benefit from
attending this Luncheon Club (transport can be arranged)
or if you would like to attend yourself, please contact
Envoy on 737152.
Our CHRISTMAS FAYRE takes place on Saturday, 16th
November from 11am till 2pm. Various Stalls including
cakes, gifts, sweets, cards, bric-a-brac, toys, lunches
and refreshments. Admission 20p - Children Free.
LADIES FELLOWSHIP will be on Monday, 25th November
at 8pm - our special guest for the evening will be
Sheila Partridge who will give us a Demonstration
of Sugarcraft. If you have never been to one of our
meetings or you used to attend you would be especially
welcome to come along and share with us. Our meetings
are very friendly and informal and are open to any
lady - you do not have to belong to the Salvation
Army to attend.
